Return Policy
1. Email elusiveher@gmail.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is damaged within the shipping grace period, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In other cases, you, our customer is responsible for return shipping.
2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS of customer receiving their package nor after being worn.
3. If you believe your order has been damaged within shipping, we require you to email us as soon as possible, the sooner the better.
4. To cancel any orders, please contact us through email: elusiveher@gmail.com, we will immediately refund you. Please keep in mind your refund timing is based on your bank. If your order is cancelled in already being shipped out we will refund you once we've received the item(s) back from you in the condition they were sent.
5. All refunding customers will receive various emails on their returning and refund records for quality insurance purposes.
